You’re a therapist: you get it!

No matter how much we love our work, this can be a tough job. Our work is incredibly rewarding, but it has its challenges.

Please get in touch if you’re:

  • experiencing burnout

  • struggling with countertransference, or

  • noticing symptoms of secondary traumatic stress, like trouble sleeping

Note that this is not supervision and I am not a supervisor.

My goal is simply to provide support for fellow therapists — and social workers, medical professionals, child protection officers, activists, advocates, and anyone who works in the field of helping others — so we can be present for clients and continue doing work that sustains us, rather than drains us.
