Welcome to your safe harbour.

Hello, I’m Deborah.

I’m a trauma therapist and couples counsellor based in Singapore.

Are you a people-pleaser, always putting other people's needs above yours?

Does your life look great on the outside, while you constantly feel "not good enough"?

I help people recover from childhood trauma, abusive relationships, and unhealthy family patterns.

Using modalities such as schema therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), I’ll help you find the language to describe what you’ve been through and process your experiences.

And with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I’ll help you figure out ways to find healing and contentment and to lead a flourishing life that’s true to your personal values.

I also work with couples to repair and strengthen their relationships.

In Gottman Method couples counselling, you’ll learn skills to understand your partner better, communicate and manage conflicts more effectively, and make each other’s life dreams come true.

My approach is trauma-informed, non-judgemental, and LGBTQ+ affirming.
